How to deal with people with a bad temper?

Let you come in handy under the emotional coercion of emotionally immature people.
When they blame you for not doing enough, you can tell yourself:
I did nothing wrong. I can listen, but I will never guilt. I am not do anything wrong, and the problem is with me.
When someone’s emotions are out of control, you can say to yourself:
She (or he) can not control his emotion and can’t blame me. She is pretty angry, but I am good. The earth is still turning.
He is upset again, but it does not mean he is right.
If someone is angry, it doesn’t mean that I have to follow orders.
