Self-talk can bring emotional power.

Let you come in handy under the emotional coercion of emotionally immature people.

When they blame you for not doing enough, you can tell yourself:

I did nothing wrong. I can listen, but I will never guilt. I am not do anything wrong, and the problem is with me.

When someone’s emotions are out of control, you can say to yourself:

She (or he) can not control his emotion and can’t blame me. She is pretty angry, but I am good. The earth is still turning.

He is upset again, but it does not mean he is right.

If someone is angry, it doesn’t mean that I have to follow orders.

Practice deliberately to make yourself happy

Your goal is to put as much pleasant experience as possible in this box and remove negative thoughts.
